The Union Row Surgery is based in Margate town centre. It is close to the QEMH Hospital. The practice premises are modern and well equipped.

Dr. Seamus Henry is the trainer and single-handed GP in the practice. The list size is 1,850. The practice is computerised and has all the usual attached staff. The GP Registrar has his/her own consulting room and PC.
